Human Rights are very important for the human race.

Without human rights we have witnessed the campaign of persecution, discrimination, and civil rights violations at the hands of the world’s most infamous of leaders and oppressive regimes.

After World War II – the United States under the presidency of Roosevelt – his wife Eleanor Roosevelt worked tirelessly in not only helping to form the Human Rights Laws, but made a lifetime commitment in promoting the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, which was adopted on the 10th December 1948.

The main reason for people being critical of human rights laws is because human rights has been misinterpreted, abused, and ruined by criminals and terrorists in modern times.

Human rights are for law abiding citizens to protect them against persecution.

When you address the issue of persecution, what does this mean?

Well, it doesn’t mean you can commit criminal acts and offences against people, their property, or commit terrorist acts against citizens and the infrastructure of respective nations.

The solution to the problem of human rights laws being abused is:

  • Once an individual has been sentenced for their criminal or terrorist crime or offence, they should fall under the penal code, which gives them protection against torture, physical and mental mistreatment and cruelty while incarcerated.
  • The prisoner shall have access to their lawyer and the legal system for any appeals of their conviction(s).

The United States of America issues annual reports of human rights violations and abuses in every country around the world. Championing the need for human beings the protection under human rights laws from persecution from governments, leaders, and dictators across the globe.

Human Rights Laws have been earned with the spillage of human blood over the centuries.

Even in modern times there are many battles and struggles to ensure that every man, woman, and child has their human rights protected, so they can live a peaceful and secure life from persecution, oppression, and suppression.

No-one has the right to violate or deny anyone’s human rights on this planet, which has been backed-up by people who rose to the challenge of putting themselves in harms-way for their commitment and love of Mankind.
