Terrorism

Terrorism – Word

Terrorism uses methods to create a sense of fear, instability, and division within society whether within a nation or globally, in order to achieve a political change for a cause being fought, not on the battlefield but using unarmed and innocent citizens.

The product of terrorism is hurt, pain, death, destruction and only fill the cemeteries for those fallen by the reckless and disregard for the sanctity of life.

Extremists justify terrorist tactics and their heinous crimes against civilians.

Extremism is the psychological lifeblood for terrorists to feed on in order to attack fellow human beings.

We have witnessed in modern times acts of terrorism that have used politics, religion, ideology, history, and the way people view the lifestyle of others.

Whatever the cause, terrorism isn’t and should never be used to solve political disagreements or to right a wrong in the world – no matter how many injustices there has been in our history within our world.

The sad thing about terrorism is that the Masterminders who wish to inflict pain, suffering, misery and in the end create hatred between people, don’t get caught but the pawns they recruit and influence through psychological techniques end-up dead or the very least imprisoned – all in the name of carrying-out their objectives, while the terrorist groomers slip away into the shadows.

With political leaders under pressure from the public to end terrorist acts and terrorism a whole nation or continent(s) are plunged into a state of ransom to terrorists and their terrorist organisation(s).

When a nation is facing terrorism, the political establishment wants to ensure safety measures for their citizens, however, the wrong way to ensure public safety is to curtail freedoms.

Political leaders should stand strong in such circumstances because caving-in to terrorists and their organisations does not stop the manipulative and coercive tactics to blackmail the political establishment, in fact it makes a nation weaker and more susceptible to acts of terrorism.

The end result of terrorism is a society that is ruined by distrust between different cultures, religions, and races and this isn’t just for today, but this runs deeper and is perpetuated into future generations.

However, many people suffer in this world we live in, there is no justification to commit and support terrorists or terrorism in order to highlight, fight or change political injustices, disagreements, or even human rights abuses.

The best way is to debate and engage to seek a solution without the need to cause atrocities within our world, we all live in.
